nel fluire del tuo vivere
e cerchi un dolce evadere
tra le righe di un verso,
un amico discreto
che ti tenga compagnia.
E se il cuore ti si chiude
nei tuoi giorni senza sole
per te sarò la voce lieve
che ti chiama e ti consola
diverrò tepore che scalda
una presenza che ti sfiora.
Se tu vuoi, mi puoi trovare
dentro ogni mia poesia
se vuoi, vienimi a cercare
i tuoi pensieri accoglierò
io sarò qui ad aspettarti
e insieme a te io resterò.
If at times there is solitude
in the flow of your life
and you seek a sweet escape
among the lines of a verse,
a discreet friend
to keep you company.
And if your heart should close
in your sunless days
for you I will be the gentle voice
that calls and comforts you
I will become a tender warmth
a presence that softly touches you.
If you want, you can find me
within every poem I write
